All services are payable in advance or at the time of session.

Studio sessions may be purchased as single appointments or as discounted session cards. These cards are available in 5 or 10 session amounts and can be purchased for private, semi-private or group class cards. Group class cards and 5-session cards expire three (3) months from date of purchase; 10-session cards expire six (6) months from date of purchase. All packages and cards are non-refundable.

Services are transferable, so if you cannot make your appointment, a friend or family member may appreciate the opportunity to take your session. In such an event, your instructor will appreciate the courtesy of advance warning for preparation purposes.

Cancellation Policy: We hold a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you fail to show up for your appointment, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price of your session to cover studio fees and the cost of your instructor’s time. If you cannot make your cancellation within a 24-hour period, please consider giving your session to a friend or family member who may appreciate the opportunity to be introduced to this wonderful work. If we manage to re-book your session time with another client, you will not be charged for the cancellation.

Semi-private sessions (2 people in a Pilates or Gyrokinesis class): If your partner cancels within the 24-hour notice period, s/he will be charged in full and you will receive the semi-private class as scheduled. If your partner cancels with 24 hours’ notice, you will have the option to either upgrade to a private session and pay the difference, or to cancel the session entirely.

Inclement weather is an issue in the mountains. If Asheville City Schools are closed or delayed due to weather, group classes prior to 9am will be cancelled. Please check directly with your instructor for private sessions during bad weather.

A $15.00 fee will be applied for all returned checks.

Referral Discount: We thrive on the positive referrals our clients give to others. You will receive 10% off your next studio purchase for every friend who purchases any of the packages (introductory special, 5 or 10 session card, or group class card). This offer is valid only once per referral.
