GYROKINESIS® exercises work joints, muscles and organs throughout the entire body via the seven natural elements of spinal and pelvic movement:  forward, backward, left side, right side, left twist, right twist and circular. Individuals use mats and low stools to move smoothly from one pose to the next, never holding a single posture for more than a few seconds at a time.
